  • Marketing data is retained for 24 months after the last engagement.
  • Recruitment data is retained for 12 months unless you consent to be added to the SCORCH talent pool.
  • Legal or financial data may be retained longer as required by law.

Under Trinidad & Tobago Data Protection Act (2011), GDPR for EU and UK users, and applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")

9. Unsubscribe & Withdrawal of Consent

You can withdraw your consent for marketing or recruitment communications by:

We will remove your data within 10 business days, and fully delete backups within 90 days. Withdrawing consent will not affect lawful processing completed before the withdrawal.
