    'I've got the power'

Londoner to prove he is hardest hitting heavyweight

David Haye says he will make Wladimir Klitschko "respect his power" during their eagerly-anticipated unification bout on Saturday night.

The WBA heavyweight champion will take on the younger Klitschko brother in Hamburg, a fight you can see LIVE on Sky Box Office HD.

The 30-year-old Londoner says his Ukrainian opponent will be walking into a maelstrom at the Imtech Arena this weekend.

And he has warned Klitschko to be ready for some potent punches early on in the contest.

"To set him up with shots you want to set him up with, he has to respect your power," Haye told Sky Sports News HD. "If he doesn't, he's going to walk through you.

"He will respect my power as soon as I hit him. I believe I'm the hardest hitting heavyweight on the planet and he'll learn that real early, real fast."

"You'll see on Saturday night that I've got a few tricks up my sleeve for Wladimir and that big left cross could be one of them. Make sure you tune in and see it!"

    Beef

Haye has attempted to cause ructions in the Klitschko camp by claiming that the Ukrainian's trainer, Emanuel Steward, wants to work alongside him if he ever faces Wladimir's elder sibling Vitali.

"I bumped into him (Steward) in the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas and we sat down for an hour and had a chat. He's a really nice guy and he said: 'After you beat Wladimir, I'll train you to beat Vitali.'

"I know he's got some beef with Vitali. Vitali has been banned from Wladimir's training camp because he doesn't believe in Emanuel Steward's training philosophies.

"He said he already trained Lennox Lewis to beat Vitali and he wants to be on Team Hayemaker for that fight."

Haye says he is boxing for more than himself on Saturday, and is desperate to win for British fight fans - a sense of patriotism, he insists, that Klitschko couldn't possibly understand.

"He was born in Kazakhstan, moved to Ukraine, fights out of Germany and lives in America; he can't pick one country. But, for me, it's about bringing titles back to Britain.

"They call this fight a war for a reason and you will see on Saturday night."
