  Deanna Albert is 21 and 5ft 5inches. She has recently graduated from The University of The West Indies with a degree in Environmental Sciences  and  expressed her love to us  for Biology, Geography and Environmental Sciences of course. As such, her career interests are geared towards research and lecturing in those fields and her dream job will be working with the UN. Apart from this, Deanna loves to model and she stated that she takes modeling serious because “anything I do I adopt a motto of do it  good, or don’t do it at all ”. She also expressed her enjoyment of all the opportunities and experiences that modeling has given to her. As such, Deanna has done a vast array of promotions for different brands including Carib, Absolut Vodka, Angostura, Nestle, just to name a few. She has also been featured as a model for Island People and Spice and that’s not all that she has been involved with in terms of her modeling career, Deanna has also done print

Exclusive of her career aspiration Deanna tries to maintain a balance and some of the things she enjoys doing during her free time are: painting, sketching and drawing, reading…especially about things on nature, the earth or current events in the world and according to her “National Geographic is my life every month!” On the contrary, some of her dislikes are liars, littering and people who have “ I’m the bomb attitudes”.

  Scorch: Name a song that best describes you?
  Deanna: Katy Perry-Firework…cuz it’s what’s playing now. LOL

  Scorch: How do you keep fit?
  Deanna: I’m a lazy bum, but I try to eat healthier than the average-twenty something year old and because of this I work out less than one should :P

  Scorch: If you had to give yourself a nickname what would it be?
  Deanna: I have so… many nicknames it’s ridiculous. But I’ve had the nickname Deeds now for so long that I honestly couldn’t see myself being called anything else

  Scorch: What famous person are you most attracted to?
  Deanna: Drake :P

  Scorch: What’s your favourite food?
  Deanna: I love Italian food

  Scorch: Do you have any vices?
  Deanna: I have a serious shoe addiction! But I think BBM would definitely be my vice. My bf is always telling me about it!

  Scorch: Would you marry for love or money?
  Deanna:  Love, I can make my own money!

  Scorch: Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
  Deanna: Completing my MSc and hopefully on my way to researching or lecturing in the Climate Change Field which I’m planning on specializing in… Never regretting the decisions I made, being true to who I am and with any luck doing what I love and earning a living doing it.
