A man who had a tabanca claims thats what led him to marijuana (ha), well, thats what he told the magistrate. In reply, the magistrate said "that the sentence for such a crime could cause him more heartache, (hint hint), ’He could spend up to five years in jail. His heart could well be broken even more,( among other things).
The air condition defendant was caught by the police with 2.3 grammes of weed on his person, as he was searched on Union Rd Marabella around 9:30pm o Monday
A broken heart led to him breaking the law his attorney said in his defense, He was fined $1500 or serve six months hard labour .
